Stuck on a planet, lost your hops, or a purchase vanished? Try a quick fix below — and if that doesn’t sort it, email us and we’ll get you back in the game.
Quick fixes
Your hops or best score reset
Open the game once before you reinstall anything — progress is saved to your device and your store account. If you changed phones, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you played with, then launch Orbop and wait for the sync to finish.
A purchase has gone missing
On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, tap your profile, then Purchase history and confirm the order is there. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Books & apps and look for it. If it is listed, open Orbop and use Restore purchases in the game’s settings.
The game won’t start or closes by itself
Close other apps, restart your phone, and make sure Orbop is updated in your store. If it still closes during a hop, free up storage — the game needs a little room to save your progress.
Launches feel wrong or the screen lags
Wipe the screen and remove any case that covers the edges. Turn off battery saver, which can slow the game down, and disconnect any Bluetooth controller or earbuds you are not using.
You want fewer ads
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your phone settings — iPhone: Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Android: Google → Ads. Ads may still appear, just less of the same ones.
You can’t find Orbop in the store
Search for “Orbop” in the App Store or Google Play and check your store region — the game may not be available in your country yet, or may have been removed while we update it.

Email support@playorbop.com and a real person reads it. No ticket numbers, no chatbot loops.
What to send so we can help faster
You don’t need an account or a player ID. These few details are usually enough:
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected to happen.
- Your phone model and operating system version.
- The Orbop version, shown on the game’s start screen or in settings.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if something looks broken on screen.
- For purchases: the date and the store receipt, never your card number.
How long we take
- General questions and bug reports: within one business day, usually sooner.
- Lost progress: within two business days, once we know your device details.
- Refunds: Apple and Google decide these, not us, and usually answer within 48 hours.
Refunds and billing
Every purchase is billed by Apple or Google, so they handle refunds and payment disputes. Ask for a refund in your store’s purchase history — Report a problem on iPhone, or Orders on Android. We can confirm what you bought if the store needs help deciding.
Report cheating or a player
If someone is using exploits to top the leaderboards or is behaving badly, send us their player name and a screenshot. We review reports and can remove scores or block access.
